Thank you for using Tenspect. We're sorry to see you considering cancellation, but we understand that circumstances change. This document outlines our cancellation policy for all Tenspect subscription plans.

Monthly and Annual Plans

How to Cancel

You can cancel your Tenspect subscription at any time by following these steps:

  1. Log into your Tenspect account
  2. Navigate to Settings > Billing
  3. Click on "Manage Subscription"
  4. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process

Alternatively, you can email [email protected] with your account information and cancellation request.


Billing After Cancellation

Monthly Plans: When you cancel a monthly subscription, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

Annual Plans: When you cancel an annual subscription, your plan will remain active until the end of your current annual billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of your annual subscription, except as described in our refund policy.


Access to Data

After cancellation, you will maintain access to your Tenspect account and all features until the end of your current billing period.

Once your subscription ends:

  • You will have 30 days of read-only access to your data
  • During this period, you can export your inspection reports and data

  • After 30 days, your account data will be archived and may not be retrievable

If you wish to download your data before cancellation takes effect, please use the export features available in your account settings.


Lifetime Pro Plan

Lifetime Access

The Inspector Lifetime Pro plan is a one-time purchase that provides lifetime access to Tenspect features as described at the time of purchase. This plan does not require cancellation as there are no recurring charges.

If you have purchased the Lifetime Pro plan and wish to terminate your account entirely, please contact [email protected].


Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Tenspect offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

To request a refund under our money-back guarantee:

  1. Email [email protected] within 30 days of your initial purchase

  2. Include your account information (name/company name, email, zip code) and order number

  3. Briefly explain your reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and returned to your original payment method.


Refunds After 30 Days

After the 30-day money-back guarantee period:

  • Monthly subscriptions: No prorated refunds are provided for cancellations

  • Annual subscriptions: No prorated refunds are provided for the unused portion of your subscription

  • Lifetime Pro plan: Not eligible for refunds after the 30-day period

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Please contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.


Reactivation

Reactivating Your Subscription

If you decide to return to Tenspect after cancellation:

  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting a new plan

  • If you reactivate within 90 days of cancellation, we will attempt to restore your previous data

  • After 90 days, your archived data may no longer be available

Current pricing will apply to reactivated subscriptions, which may differ from your previous rate.


Changes to This Policy

Policy Updates

Tenspect reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.

We will notify subscribers of significant changes via email or through an in-app notification.
