Subscription refers to the access to and use of the Service on a recurring payment basis.

You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

• The AI-assisted features are supplementary tools and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for conclusions

4.2 Compliance Requirements​

• Follow industry standard inspection protocols
• Comply with state-specific inspection requirements
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Keep accurate records of all inspections

5. Subscription and Payments​

5.1 Subscription Terms​

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Free trial terms as specified at time of signup

5.2 Payment Processing​

• All payments must be made through our authorized payment processors
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• You agree to promptly update account and payment information

6. Content and Reports​

6.1 Content Ownership​

• You retain ownership of all inspection reports and content you create
• You grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the Service
• We do not claim ownership of your professional work product

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on others' rights
• Contains malicious code
• Violates client confidentiality
• Contains inappropriate or offensive material

9. Termination​

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately for:

• Non-payment
• Fraudulent activity
• Misuse of the Service

9.2 Effect of Termination​

Upon termination:

• Access to the Service will cease
• You may download your data within 30 days
• You remain responsible for all fees incurred

10. Limitation of Liability​
